The BL25R is an improved and stripped down version of mid-1960's black panel style American tone. With its 25 watts of power, it's a great club and rehearsal amp and can be mic-ed up for larger venues. This amplifier produces a smooth and dynamic sound characterized by sparkling cleans. BUT unique to the Judge BL lineup, you can achieve a warm scooped midrange when the mid is turned down and a dirtier, flatter, more mid frequency forward sound when the mid control is turned up. The BL line has a touch of fat tube-driven breakup when pushed. The built-in tube driven reverb adds depth and character, providing lush ambiance, from a little to a lot. The Master Volume control allows you to find your perfect tone and adjust the output as needed )or the sound guy demands!)
